Since June of 1991 we at Home Furnishing have been furnishing New
York City homes. No matter what it is, a mansion in the suburbs or a tiny
studio apartment, we have got your solution. We sort thousands of
manufacturers and select the finest to produce the best possible
products. All of our products ensure superior quality. We use only
solid wood, not pressed wood, in our futon frames, platform beds
and loft beds. We have designers working, if it is necessary, 24 hours
a day to design new innovative merchandise to keep up with the
market trends.
The futon mattresses we sell are all made of the finest quality
cotton batting and high density foam combination made by reputable
manufacturers like GoldBond and Fibre Processing.

Shipping
Home Furnishing offers professional delivery and installation services at a low delivery fee which includes handling and installation of the merchandise at customers home. We Ship within the continental United States by FedEx, UPS. Big Apple Style Furniture New York City Furniture Store do not collect sales tax out of New York state. Shipping is FREE within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island.
Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you have 10 days to return the item to Big Apple Style Furniture in new condition and original packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) less a 20% re-stocking fee. Your credit will be processed within 1 week.
We will not charge a fee on canceled orders that have not been processed! We normally process all orders within 24 hrs.
It is important that you inspect the furniture for damages upon delivery, if an item is found defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, If the damage is found after the delivery service leaves, we can still repair or replace that item but we will charge you for the delivery service.
Mattresses are not returnable once removed from plastic bag. Mattresses that have never been removed from original bag can be returned up to 7 days after date of delivery. There is a 20% restocking fee that will apply for any new returned mattress.
If due to arrangements of your home it is difficult to maneuver a piece of furniture in narrow halls, doorways, stairwells, etc…we cannot be responsible for damage to the furniture, floors, or walls. We cannot be held responsible if your order does not fit into your home. You cannot refuse or return your order for this reason. If you have purchased from us a special assembly package, all the furniture must be inspected immediately upon assembly completion for damage. Only at this time can a damage claim be filed.
It is solely the responsibility of the customer to transport returned merchandise to the store. We can arrange a delivery service to pickup merchandise that needs to be returned or exchanged for an additional fee which is paid directly to the delivery service.
